Refund policy
At Malathe, we want you to love every piece of jewellery you purchase from us. But if it’s not quite what you expected, we’re happy to accept returns on any unworn items that still have their original tags and packaging. This applies to any items sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
UK Returns:
For UK customers, we provide a return shipping label for £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
For customers outside the UK, items must be sent within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging. We recommend using FedEx. Malathe is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we do not refund return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns:
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please make sure to contact us before sending any items back, as returns that haven't been approved cannot be accepted.
To begin the return process, simply get in touch with us at support@malathe.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you further instructions. For UK returns, we will provide a shipping label.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know right away if there’s any issue, such as damage or if you received the wrong item, so we can sort it out for you.
Exceptions:
- Sale items: We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
- Gift cards: We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original one for a refund (once approved), and place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, feel free to contact us.
Important Notes:
- Please use FedEx for returns outside the UK.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
