Shipping Locations
We ship our exquisite jewellery worldwide from our base in London, UK.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: Free. Delivery takes 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: £8.50 flat rate. Order by 1pm Mon–Fri for delivery by 1pm next working day. Tracked and signed for.
European Union:
- Standard Shipping: £10.00 flat rate. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
United States & Canada:
- Standard Shipping: Free. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Australia & New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: £10.00 flat rate. Delivery takes 5-7 business days.
Middle East:
- Standard Shipping: £10.00 flat rate. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
China / Hong Kong / Taiwan:
- Standard Shipping: £10.00 flat rate. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Rest of world:
We currently only offer shipping to the above countries / regions. Stay tuned for future shipping destinations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
United Kingdom: VAT price is included.
United States of America: Customs and Duties applicable for orders over 800.00 USD.
EU: Covered by Malathe.
USA (orders over 800.00 USD): Malathe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Malathe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
